Very worst behavior from the owner, he is shouting customers like his employee, if you want self respect don't ever go to this shop. I born and bought up in good family, so I never go there again and hope others also the same. Hope everyone knows its very hot and standing there for some air, for that that owner is shouting like street dog, they said I am just rs.190 Customer for them, yes I agree that's true, if they are thinking thats so cheap, why they are selling g those products , we are not dependent on them, they are dependent on customers. they wants to discuss anything about there business it should be discussed in any conference room or separate room, not in the billing counter. The owner seems like rog, it may be he may not be educated and not having enough knowledge, his son is kind , but he need to teach his father to behave well . Some one suggest me to take this legal proceedings. For the compensation of shouting me in front of other people.

THIRD CLASS STAFF, AFTER SALES SERVICE IS WORST. DAMAGED PARTS ARE PUT DURING PURCHASE OF CYCLE. WENT FOR COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY, AND WAS SAID WILL CHARGE Rs. 200 FOR REPAIR.

Worst quality and service ! The owner is so arrogant and speaking without any respect ! We bought cycle for my kid on 05-Mar-2021. S next day found that the wheel is with manufacturing bend ! When we asked simply saying neither replacement nor return ; only minor adjustment with the same fault they were speaking arrogantly ! I would request nee buyers for so careful and avoid this shop ! Since I couldn?t upload pics couldn?t share bills and pic of the defect issue ! They speaking as of they gave free , very much disappointment and irritating!

I bought cycle for my daughter with in 1 day it got side wheel got repair ... I went back to this shop .. firstly they ask me bill when I showed them bill they are asking guarantee tat how long u r kid was doing cycling.. worst experience highly advisable not to buy from this shop... worst shop ever seen in my life

We had a very worst experience. These guys are not concerned about the customer. Also the reviews in this site and other sites are all written by the people working in the same shop. You can check the same names in other reviews as well. And the bad reviews are being deleted by them. Beware
