took number from sulekha. called multiple times for order. said they will deliver, but kept hanging until next day. and then never picked up phone for whole day. delayed my work for one week ! had to deliver product to customer and i couldn't. had to look somewhere else.

Awful experience. Although a company showroom, the staff at this shop is not transparent at all. Serious trust issues with them. They will make you run around. In case you have unopened packages, dont count on returning it as returns take over 1 month to process. These are details that they wont share, and instead make it sound like returns are so easy. Also dont trust their delivery timelines... always add a day. Just dont trust these guys.
