Not even Single call was anwered by DTDC ,tried atleast 20 times since morning on all given numbers . Pathetic Service .Highly Disappointed ! No idea why mu courier has not reached at destination . Its still showing reached at HUB. Would never recommend to any frnd/ family .

Dtdc courier service is very slowly 10Days above after but NOT on time delivery my parasol and customer care not Reply and all brach contact NO fake 4 den mi delivery honga but abhi tak delivery nahi huwa branch mi ajant se bat kiya to wo bolte hi hum kuch abhi bata nahi sakte hamare pas wo branch ka contact no nahi hi dunyaki sabse bakwas bandal aur bad service hi ye bas sirf bakchodi karte hi customer care walie log mail karo complaint karo but sale koie kuch action nahi leta bus Garib logo ko luto aur pareshan karo agar apko zuth lagta hi to ye mera tracking no D43857038 aur my contact no 9890103134

ver poor service, lack of communication as parcel did not delivrd on 13 nor on 14 nor person had called up. And i am working in goregaon east near swati studio so not posible for add not found. and i was there in office till 9 pm both days. very bad sales person

Worst service provider ever. I dont know what the hell is going on in there office. I tried calling 7 times in Mumbai office and in Bangalore office also. They should windup the comp if they are not interest in doing there job.. Pathetic service.
