I booked them from my brother who is a persona with disability, I paid advance for a staff which I found appropriate. The staff refused to work on the amount they were providing for 8 hours of service to her. They changed the staff without prior information to me or my family. The other staff worked for one day and said she wants to continue without the agency if we pay her monthly salary because the agency doesn’t pay on time and a good amount. The agency didn’t pick up calls, they didn’t communicate and coordinate, and the next day they were clueless about which staff would go to my home. They take advantage, yet they don’t stick to their service properly. We can’t train each staff daily which is the patient and we need a permanent staff.
