We hired a 10 hour maid through this agency. We paid one month salary of Rs.15000 as agency commission for which the agency is supposed to give 2 replacements in six months. First maid, Rekha lasted only for 10 days. In these 10 days, she was on leave for 2 days, came 4 hours late late on 2 days and left 3 hours early on 2 days. On 11th day, she asked for half day leave and left when we denied it. Extremely poor service. 1st replacement was Bharathi. Though her work was good, her attitude was pathetic. She would keep passing sarcastic comments, use our bed and was not willing to take feedback regarding work. She made baseless complaint and left. The agency owner / contact Bargavi was the worst of the lot. She did not make any attempt to understand the issue and came to conclusion by hearing only one side of the story. Bargavi's interest is only to earn commission for the agency and not in the actual customer service. Hands down, this is worst agency we have ever engaged with. Beware
