I have booked patient care taker in saptagiri through online initially they spoke very good after receiving the one month advance payment they didn't receive the call and didn't provide any service. Suppose if they a pick the call they will tell we will call back you in 10 min and you won't receive any call from them they are a group of 4 -5 members and the owner name is Vijayashanti. They are number one fraud don't book any services from them and get cheated. I am uploading the call history for reference.

The agency's initial response and their work is really commendable but don't get fooled. Ms Mary and Ms Margaret are the two women who run the agency but they seem to have problems with each other. Forget that, how does it bother us But the unbearable truth of their service is that they sign a contract that clearly holds them responsible for providing replacements and shy away when the time for actual work comes. In our case, we have hired two people which means they got a full month's helper's salary as commission twice but both people are leaving an old man helpless, with no sight of their replacements. If festivals are times when help is scarce, they should be equipped to supply service from others who aren't celebrating that particular festival at the time. It's high time they are taken to task. I just feel very sad about doing this & spreading the word far and wide, because they used to be so good and polite. I'm still hoping they mend their actions and I can retract this review.

Hello everyone Request all of you not to use this maid service agency emmanuel maids service agency from ulsoor. The lady Mary Josephine tries to play up with everyone. Firstly her services are so bad and pathetic. She uses her tactics so cleverly that she gets her commission in the beginning itself. Moreover she informs yet staff that if they do not like the place or the house posted they can immediately moveout. This happened to me within a span of 3 months the maid moved out even though the best of the best was given to the maid. Mary Josephine cones to your door step for her commission cone what may. Next she never replys to any call once the maid quits the house. Till today she has not replaced any one and Mary Josephine has the audacity to place the maids immediately by hook or crook to someone else not know in the consequence. My humble request, please do not use her service. She is not worth even one star fir rating. A big fake and fraud lady. Her husband is auto dr

Extremely pathetic service. They send any maid available even after knowing the requirement well. Then insist on transferring the money imm. Then when asked for replacements they keep giving all kinds of excuses without ever giving the right replacement. Then they stop picking your calls since you will follow up for replacement. If you want to lose your hard earned money you may deal with them.
