Trashiest experience I ever had at any store, staff act all sweet and friendly claiming to provide good customer services even after purchase but once the purchase is made they don’t give a damn about what the customer want, absolutely rude behaviour when we demanded corrective services of a clothing item we purchased, they just don’t care what the customer is demanding in their store the customer is not correct, for instance we purchased 2 kurtas recently for my teen brother who has a lean physic and is working towards his body recently we demanded before the alteration of the kurta to remove sufficient seam space as so that we can re adjust the fitting in future at home, the person responsible for alteration took the measurements and we again reminded him about the seams, once the alteration was done my brother was unable to fit into the kurta but in the store the sales person said that we have kept the kurta a little loose according to measurement, we couldn’t find any seam space t

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING from this shop. Worse people. They even took advance & didnt deliver mandir as per requirement or on time. Firstly Sagar lied to us on the delivery date and made us follow up every now & then & just didnt give us any correct date on delivery. The mandir which they made was not as per our requirement & Sagar kept forcing us the wrong product to us & infact threatened us with bad words. WORSE PEOPLE. No ethics and no value. Sagar & his team are SHAMELESS & we had to fight for our own money

Extremely dissatisfied!! Charged Rs. 15000.00 for shipping. Item was damaged and received in poor shape. Would not change or correct it. Extremely poor service. Farhanna was a salesperson and she fails to realize that using word mam repeatedly does not translate into good salesmanship or good service. We ended up buying wedding dress again from Shyamal Bhumika for our daughter and took a loss for the dress bought from Archana Kochhar. If you are from USA, Canada or any other foreign countries please save yourself from a headache, heartache and nightmare dealing with them.
