I bought a two-seater black recliner from Durian showroom in Adityapur, Jamshedpur. In October 2017, I registered a complaint on their number 0657 2373898 for the same product bought by us. The issue was that there was a small cut in the black leatherette material in the front seat area on one side of the recliner. I had to stick lots of tape over the cut to stop it from getting further torn. The Durian person assured me that the recliner would be repaired - he said that owing to festival time, the repairing person was on leave so I would have to wait a few days. From Dussehra to Diwali, we waited but there was no response. On calling Durian on the same number, the person said that the person is still not available , hence there would be no point in picking the recliner from our residence. I kept calling several times in Nov'17 and Dec'17 but this person kept saying that he will have the recliner picked up in few days as repair would take time. The same story is there till Mar'18.
