I possible i would have given him negative ratings, all reviews are there most of them shows they are fraud which is the reality, I bought centet table from them just one month back, with an week of purchasing the furniture table's joints stated to loosen up, i informed him about the same, but he ignored, i send the table back to his store,when we visited the store to get this replaced owner cames out and first started using abusinve language with my mother and then started threatening me. As if he is ready to hit me, simple unethical seller, his shop should be banned and he must be punished, Please read all revied for this store before visiting them,

Hello, I purchased Coirfoam mattress yesterday (September 8, 2018) from Mosaic Furniture in Indirapuram, Ghazibad and they blatantly lied about the warranty. When mattress was delivered to my place and I took out the warranty card from the sealed packing, I found out about it. When I asked for the refund, they declined and told me to contact the company. That just does not make any sense. I am going to take this to all social media platforms and to the consumer forum. This is a scam and I am not going to forgo this fraud. I was only asking for the money I paid. But, now when they denied, I need my money plus the compensation for this harassment and making me go through all this trouble. I am not only going to make consumers aware of their malpractices on social media but also a legal notice will follow soon. Regards from a highly disappointed customer. Vaibhav Sharma

Pathetic. First Mosaic Furnitures will send you damaged furniture, and then will make you wait for months to get it rectified. First the showroom guys will simply keep on postponing the day of visit by the labourer. And finally on the day of rectification, their all important labourer will call you and postpone the date by another 5 days. Quiet obviously, the showroom people have their phones switched off after this. All after, we were promised that the furniture will be delivered after proper packaging. And what they do is cover it with a plastic sheet. Buy anything from these people at your own risk.
