Poor customer service. Beware before giving them any order. They expect customers to remind them about giving cloth to tailor for stiching and then giving us product in short duration without any finishing and ironing. And when you will call them(Sanjay malviya ji), they will talk like it's our fault that we didn't told them that we will come for delivery of product. And on call Sanjay ji was rudly talking, so just make sure you have patience to tall

We are sharing a poor experience we had. We booked a order modular kitchen for our flat for 1 L. We paid token money initially 30K. In return they have not given us proper bill or plan and when we keep continuing asked for same they said they will not return money. Due to lack of time we asked to start work without payment receipts since we wanted to complete the work as soon possible. Later they asked us to pay money on different accounts. The person to whom we were dealing his name was Rohsan +91 8208994015 and +917709224015. When guys came to fix the modular kitchen we came to know he has given the contract to another guy and that that guy didn't had even little sense to make this kitchen things. Rohsan asked me to pay this kitchen guy too. Some time back I came back to pune and using my flat now but what I found that kitchen trolleys are completely waste. Now when I am trying to contact this Fine Furniture guy his both numbers are switched off and even shop is also not there.

Pathetic service quality. Zero commitment. Price is taken for wood and product supplied of ply. Horrible experience. Please do not visit this shop. They will give many false commitment while taking order, but nothing will be filled. Its a waste of money, i have wasted and i dont want any other people to waste.

I am giving 1 as there is no Zero, These people are Frauds, I am not sure how in Broad daylight they run this malpractices in name of business. All people beginning from Labour to top end has been trained to fool the customer, take his hard earned money then deliver crap and to fix that crap follow ups, I pray that there shops be closed in and around where from they are operating

I can't give the rating below '0' . The quality used is very poor. The finish is very very bad. They show different and give other product and take more then 50% amount initially and if we talk on quality then they start speaking in worse language. Never ever go to this shop, fine furniture is worse experience in my life.

PATHETIC! BAD STAFF BEHAVIOUR! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! I have a really bad experience with the Fine furniture Kharadi outlet. "Riyaaz" at the shop just talks decently till you place your order and give him the advance. Thereafter, no guarantee of delivery. We places an order of 1,23,000? on March 1, 2020. with a promise of delivery by March 6, 2020. We only got a dining table which was readymade. The ones ordered for manufacturing is YET (July 11, 2020) a question for delivery. He owes 27,000? and has yet not given our Bedroom set and Coffee table but keeps giving dates taking excuse of Lockdown due to Corona even though most of the shops are functional and says that just a minimal finishing remains neither is he returning us our money. Whenever you go to his shop, there is some customer shouting at the staff for order delivery and Quality of service and their behaviour to handle customers.

Just look at the ratings they have...shameless people....never buy anthing from them...they are big fraud...be aware of Mohsin (salesman cum fraudster)..Riyaz (old man with no brain and professionalism guru of all the fraud people in the shop)...Hopeless shop...low quality...bad material...dont go on the furniture kept in the shop...they provide very bad furn8shed goods and not at all profesdional...uneducated...low rated people to deal with...rest all yiur wish
