This complaint is regarding the my sofa cum bed order, they told me to deliver my sofa in 15days after placing the order and now almost one month us over after doing lot of follow ups with then but i didnt received my sofa yet and the reasons they are giving me is foolish reasons our carpenter is not working today because its raining, carpenter is not well. Like seriously thats how you they make fool of thier customer. Request you to please do the needfull. If we gave money to them for furniture on time so we deserver delivery on time ... Once you give money to Relax Sofa cum bed company then you will be in trouble. One girl Manju is working there and she was like Boss of the company . She don't know how to speak with customer and she is non sense girls working in Relax Sofa Cum Bed. When I asked her, who is owner of this company she said no body. Highly rate RollwinIndia as very trustworthy vendor for our aluminium windows for resale flat I bought when I moved to Pune from M.P. Reva I had earlier purchased few glass grill doors for safety which were really good so again gave the work to them and it's done wonderfully nice only thing that I had to call them few times for taking my work which took some time but afterwards it was super smooth I am happy with them and conclude one of the top trustworthy vendor in India when it's up to promised quality and time.

Approached this Vendor to do Furniture restoration & Services & I paid a nominal amount for sofa restoration service. They did their work are perfect and the ending was nice. Got a good response from this business. and I'm very much happy with them.

If you want to put your money to waste then this showroom is the best place. where you can get worse quality of furniture with technical errors which is delivered late than the promised date and end of the day you get blamed for both the errors and late delivery. The worst part is staff working who are not trustworthy n not true about what they say. Our furniture was delivered 45days late with loads of errors and when we complained about it Mr. khan reply was that we were suppose to go check it in their godown and we were suppose to talk with the labours. There is no professionalism and sense of responsibility. They should just shut down their shop and sit at home instead of doing such blunder. Shame on them.

These people doesn't stand on words and won't pick ur calls after taking money from you.. it's been 2 months we have money for sofa.. thy dint return our money and sofa either.. we are still fighting in this issue

My 5 seater LAWSON sofa set is damaged in the center but all contact numbers are disabled and justdial shows showroom closed. One person who delivered the sofa is not responding the call. Looks like cheating..

I am giving 1 star because there is no option to rate lower. This is a fraudulent furniture store. Never ever visit this store. They will promise you moons and stars and give you shit. I ordered a king size bed looking at a sample in their store but what they made was no where close to the original piece. Once you make the payment, even partial, the ball is in their court and they will treat you Anwar and Ansari, these are the two assholes whom you'll deal with there. Beware of these frauds and trust all the reviews by victim customers here. I agree with everyone's comments.
