I recently purchased a Daikin AC from Rathna Fanhouse and had it installed today. Unfortunately, the installation job was very poor. To put it simply, it seems that the saying "You pay peanuts, you get monkeys to do the job" holds true here. I wouldn't recommend buying an AC from this store just because it's cheap; the installation process feels like you're at their mercy, and in the end, you're left feeling ripped off. Sadly, this seems to be a common experience, as a friend of mine had a similar issue when they purchased from here. Despite calling multiple times and expressing my concerns, no one seemed to care enough to address the ongoing installation problem. Store incharge, please don't respond with a generic apology. The store has my contact information if they genuinely want to reach out. I won't be surprised if couple of positive reviews follow immediately. I hope sharing my experience can help others avoid falling into the same trap. Thank you for reading.

Fridge purchased on 12/2/2024. The fridge was not at standing. It's stand has been broken. We have lodged a complaint. But still now, no action has been taken by them.

Booked a rBosch refrigerator 559 ltrs on 30th dec 2023 and till 11th Jan 2023. Sales staff Mr Vijay of Viveks T Nagar promised delivery in 7 days. But after booking order there was no response from the said guy. Finally a lady called back and told it would take another 2 weeks to deliver. Finally I was forced to make noise at their dealership for them to cancel the order and refund the amount refund took another 7 days. So these guys are just booking orders with out any stock and there is no service or solution provided by the dealer. No customer focus. Several years ago there service were great. But no a days there services are pain to customer and no one is responsible and they just manhandle the customer you need to run post to pillar to get your amount refunded. Very bad service

Very very worst Shop, we bought house hold articles worh 1.5Lakhs, when I went home and checked the items, I found that a brass vessel missing, this brass vessel worth Rs. 2,200/- I immediately contacted his mobile number and told them that you have missed the brass utensils three times in a day, but they refused to give the brass vessel they missed.
