I booked a non ac room in vizag through prabhasda with rent 1100 to 1400. This travel agency chetting with me. Actually this room rent should be 700 only. Most chetting baj travel agancy.

Horrible and disgusting. We were group of 5 including an old member, traveled North Sikkim & had a worst experience. The car booked by them was horrible and the driver was unprofessional. The hotels booked by them in gangtok, lachen and luchung were worst and below standers. In-spite of taking money in advances 3 months before from the journey date for all hotels @3000/- per day per room, they arranged cheap hotels (below @1000/- per day per room) for us. Though we made full payment before journey date in their office at kolkata, their so called manager in gangtok was unaware of our journey plan and payment. The manager in gangtok, Sanjoy was also a least bothered person. We have to paid again to book the car to complete the tour. If you book through them, you rest assured to utilize your money for getting stress. All their office persons will behave good before your payment but once you paid all they will not contact you or response you even you are in trouble during tour time.

Contacted this agency to Book a Hotel. The service from this agency is not satisfied as there was delayed in the service. Charged me Rs 7500 for the service. Overall, I am discontented with the service from this Hotel Reservation Agent.

Hired a bus through this travel agency to travel from Kolkata to Raichak and vice versa. They have charged Rs.5500 and the trip was for 2 days. The driver drove well and I am very happy with their job.

On 4.10.14, I & my mother were supposed to go on a tour of Darjeeling-Gangtok- Peling with Sunshine Tours. We waited in Sealdah Stn. for 4 hrs., our train Darj.mail left. Nobody from Sunshine Tours came there to assist us, no other tourists were also found going with Sunshine in that particular tour---- whereas their manager were supposed to assist us. Nobody from Sunshine tours could be contacted on phone--their mobiles were either switched off or unreachable. till now their office is closed. Its proprietor Mr.Sanjay Deb ran away with all money.We finally could not go for the tour. so this was my experience . They should b handed over to the police. They r the RASCALS OF RASCALS, CHEATER, HARAMJADA.
