To exchange old jewellery there is one excellent offer is there. We can deposit old jewellery from 6 to 11 months. We can get a discount on WA from 8 to 18%. It is good opportunity. Mr Sabapathy counter staff explained me . I have kept my old jewellery before 11months now I have ordered for new one

Y'day (15-01-2021) I went to FJ to exchange non-kdm gold chain. FJ claims 16% wastage against their own gold, whereas GRT giving 100% equivalent gold against their own non-kdm gold. FJ claims that they need to check with GRT. FJ staff came with me to GRT (+/- 4.00pm) and checked at evaluation counter - GRT confirms it, but FJ denies this and doesn't exchange their own gold. GRT confirms their gold purity and allowing 100% equivalent gold where they have collected 'wastage' during sales and not required during exchange. So, it is clear that FJ GOLD IS NOT PURITY as FJ himself NOT Purchasing their OWN GOLD itself.

I bought baby stead they charged 18% wastage they said its fixed not believable its not imported but they charged I'm regular customer also am so dissappoint don't buy without rate card in any jwels he cheated me too bad they respected only who buy large amount of gold

I had a very disappointing experience with Tanishq, T Nagar, Chennai where I have got bangles for my mother. After a very few times use, pieces started falling out making holes in the bangles. I have visited the store taking this complaint and the item was sent for analysis . A week later I was informed that item is defective and to visit the store to get a replacement. I regretted for purchasing in Tanishq. NO COLLECTION, NO DESIGNS, VERY HIGH MAKING CHARGES , Though the defect was on their side I had to pay the gold price as of the day of replacement which was higher than the day i bought the item. I was forced to purchase another product by paying extra amount even though I don't like the design just because i got stuck with Tanishq as they don't give back the amount. I would never visit here again nor suggest anyone else to buy in Tanishq.

Thay sell without jewellery shop seal. I purchased one ring on 2012 december. Today i went the shop for resale the ring. First they told this is not our product. The thay asked original bill. Is it possible to keep the bill from 2012 to 2019. Then i shouted and argue. Finally the accepted for resale. If you go to this shop please check the shop seal.

Upon arrival the staff welcomed us with so much rudeness and glaring at me that i felt nauseated by the face a glaring lady was putting at the entrance on 28/12/2017. We went to gemstone section and there a guy had asked another guy to look after our needs when another person came and told him to go and look for another lady who was wearing modern dress and possibly a north indian and we were kept waiting. We are also decent dressed and not from a poor or any low income family and it should not be that they prefer more rich people to be treated better. I will never again buy or visit GRT because the experience was horrible. On tthe gemstone secton also the lady was showing 2000 rupee gemstone while i was plainning to buy 15000 rupees gemstone and when i told them i need to know the different variety and their rate they simply kept telling this is 2000 and there wont come a cheaper stone. Later on i purchased from Tanishq with 60000 rupees. God knows why we were treated in this way.
