Hello all I'm here to inform you the worst vochuer of 6000/- we got it in October and management told us to come in November and do shoping what ever you want but while I visited to brand factory now brands of cloths are to expensive even 1 T-shirt is 3000 shit wht this non sense ....fooling people...I'm regular customer of brand factory...I know wht is the rates...now giving this voucher and fooling people is not fare I'm adding below T-shirt also. So that u can view....###People don't fool about this vouchers and don't waste your money and time### brand factory don't fool people

This shopping mall is having everything from shopping, dining to entertainment. The mall has created very well architecture with amazing design which affectionate the visitors. One can easily get everything that he wanted to have there. This mall has more than 250 stores opened till now.

Pros: Huge variety of things.Some lovely pieces of cutlery, trays etc. Cons: For a shop of this calibre, the checkout process is extremely tedious and disorganised.The billing counter is tiny, the queue system disorganised(for eg: people forming little queues in front of each cashier as opposed to having a zig zag queue where one person is called at a time when a cashier is free. Most annoyingly, the cashiers insist on you writing down your mobile number for any transaction.This is a breach of privacy. They could do with counters for people buying less than 5 things. Lastly, they could train the cashiers to be polite but professional(and quick). The whole experience of shopping gets ruined due to the delay in paying for items.

Worst and ridiculous experience. Employees are not co-operative. They dont even know how to serve the customers and they dont listen to customer grievance. The exchange policy is worst. I dont suggest anyone to go to Chennai Shopping mall. Pathetic service.
