Please don't buy from this place. These guys are frauds. Just check the reviews at different places and you will know that you are wasting your money. You dream for a perfect dress and they will show you the best but deliver damaged and local copy of designer lehenge which will not match the designer piece at all.

FRAUD STORE! PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. THIS SHOP TAKES 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT, THEN DOES NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. AND THEY TRY TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER BY OFFERING DIFFERENT PRODUCT. I bought a lehenga for 25000 and they took full payment in advance and promised that they will deliver the blouse after a month. So I called them after a month and they said that the blouse is stuck en route and asked me to call after 2 days. I called them after 2 days and they said that the karigar has done heavy work on the lehenga, so the lehenga is now worth Rs 40000 and I will need to pay the differential of Rs 15000. When I went to the shop, it was a completely different lehenga which would not be worth even 10000 as all thread was coming out of it from multiple places. When I asked, they simply said that the stock could not be made and they will offer me the 40000 lehenga if I pay up the differential. Now I am stuck with the shop. Please stay away. Worst shop in delhi

Worst shop in chandni chowk. These guys are frauds, they dont deliver what they show. They don't deliver on time also whether it's ur own marriage. And the worst part that if they screw up ur lehenga don't expect they will return ur money. These guys have my 25000 rs advance and screwed up my lehenga, now not returning my money back. and not even bother about my wedding which is in a week only. And these profit centric fraud peoples are not returning my money also. Me and my family bought more than 12 lehenga in 2-3 years from chandni chowk from different different shops we never faced such dirty people. This is the only shop from where I returned home with tears in my eyes, Empty hand with Huge Money loss just before my wedding...

Pathetic service.. I went there for my bridal lehnga and they showed sabhyasachi copy and I finalised the lehnga as it was confirmed that the same product will be delivered . They delivered the blouse piece after 15 days of delivery date and the blouse piece had no neckline and they did poor quality of work. It was like spoiling my wedding if I wear lehnga delivered by roop saree creations. What they do is they show good products as samples and at the time of delivery , they do poor quality of work and even deliver the product after 15-20 days of deadline. They never pick up your call. The staff named 'Rajiv' is too rude . The owner sitting at the entry is arrogant and talk rudely to clients. I have seen customers joining hands in front of the owner to deliver their lehnga. I have seen a girl crying asking the owner to deliver the product as she had her flight, but this owner has no concerns for anyone. They just spoil your wedding. Never go to this place. After I came to know that they are cheaters, I got my bridal lehnga cancelled from there and got my money refunded from him after fighting for that . I would have complained against them if they had refused to refund my money. It was too difficult to me to get my bridal lehnga from somewhere else at last minute but I got spared from roop saree creation for spoiling my D-day. Never go to this place for any dress.

Mr. Vipin is big liar... He has committed that he will make new lehnga after taking 20-25 days then at the time of delivery he has provided old lehnga. So I request other customer beware while taking lehnga from kratika fashion... Not at all trustworthy person there.
