It's lovely home for senior citizens there have all medicine facility it's good they don't accommodate mentally parents are resident are very active

My mom stay at the second innings was very bad. Psychologically they made her believe that she had no one in the family to look after and if she didn't abide by their rules then her stay would be unpleasant. Any complaints during my visit was noted and then cold water was sprinkled on her face while she was fast asleep. They wouldn't let her sleep, meals and meds were skipped until she apologized for complaints to her kids. These people are not humans but animals. Senior citizens at this stage of their life needs peace and comfort, both of which do not exist at this place. Very upset with what my mom has gone through, I wish I understood the signs of their ill-treatment during my biweekly visits. Mr. Harsh only returned security deposit of Rs. 45,000 and was very rude in his behavior. I and mom wants to forget this nightmare. That's the ugly fact about the second innings home.

PLEASE DON'T KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They are beaten, tortured, drugged, return less than 75,000 of security deposit amount of 2 lakh rupees, owner uses abusive language after knowing you are withdrawing your parents and they rarely have any planned events to entertain your parents. Elder people are like a living zombies in this place, sleeping all the time with heavy dose of drugs. WORST EVER PLACE FOR YOUR PARENTS, BEWARE!!!

A real truth about second innings, Farm House No-26, Park Lane, Church Road, Vasant Kunj, Delhi - 110070 Many reasons I will never keep my parents in this elder care home: 1. Elder people are tortured and beaten almost on a daily basis. 2. Personal cellphones aren't allowed so relatives and friends are forced to call their loved ones on the landline, this allows the staff to hear conversation from the other line. Wish I understood when I was signing up for my parents that a place that prohobits cell phones is a WRONG PLACE. The reason provided by them was that they didnt want to be responsible for any theft/loss of cell phones while residents having other valuables was absolutely fine. 3. Any complaints by an elder person over the phone is duly noted and they go through torture in different forms (beaten, meals are skipped, emotional torture, etc.) 4. No one is allowed to go outside the main gate. It's kind of a jail for an elder person.
