a). This is a fraud company run by Ajit Sahani and he extorts money out of helpless customers who have handed over goods to him. b). He took our household cargo from Siliguri on 10th April with rates finalized at 25K and payment terms of 70% while pickup and 30% after dropping at destination, which in this case was Bangalore. c). After picking up, on 11th April, he calls us up and sends us Invoice for 41K. d). From this moment our ordeal started as he continuously harassed and threatened us by informing that he will drop our luggage wherever it has reached if entire payment was not paid immediately. e). We asked him to send us Truck number OR Tracking ID OR vehicle number so that we can be sure that our luggage are safe, but till today, he has not sent anything. f). Fearing that he will physically damage our goods, we negotiated to a new price of 38K (from 25K to 38K which in this case is a clear extortion), with payment terms of 70% and 30%. g). Very unprofessional service from Dolphin Logistics. Delayed delivery caused my scooter battery to get down and was unable to start it. Ajit Sahani promised me delivery in 8-9 days but it took 18 days for delivery. Packaging was also not upto mark and damaged my Knucle guard. V Xpress their freight partner is also unprofessional and delayed delivery by 2 days. Will not recommend anyone to use their services just because they charge 2000- 3000 less than other service provider. Mr Ajit will not pick calls on the day of delivery and will make same excuses to all customers like Truck accident, Parents in hospital, attending relative marriage etc. Very bad person.

WORST SERVICE EVER! They use VULGAR and OFFENSIVE SLANG WORDS! Read till the end. This guy – Ajit Sahani , will promise you a lot of things before the dispatch of your goods (before you pay him with money) and at the end (after you have paid) you get your valuables in broken shambles with NO refunds. In my case, after my goods (including my car) were taken to their office, after a couple of days when I enquired for the video updates regarding my car as was promised by Ajit Sahani, this guy (Ajit Sahani) replied me back with VULGAR and OFFENSIVE SLANG WORDS!..I got my bed completely in broken state with multiple injuries. At the starting this guy promised me that he would refund me the amount if anything happens to my bed. I even have the mobile conversation recording of it and yet when I asked him for refunds, he started ignoring the issue. There were other glass items that were broken. Even till today I have not received any refund. Would never even recommend my enemy to go to them.

One of the worst packers and movers I have come across till now. Please don't go for this .In comparison to all good reviews which are likely to be fake as all those are posted around the same time. The person incharge Ajit Sahani, Guwahati branch does not have an ounce of professionalism and reliability. Estimate was given for one value and he made me pay advance payment. Then he increased the Fee after that and when I asked for refund of the advance he refused to return .Due to lack of time and because of the advacnce amount paid I did not have any other choice but to hire his company. At the last minute he said he won't be able to send truck on time. At the time of unloading he said he won't arrange for people.I had to arrange labourers on my own and pay extra. At every possible step Ajit was creating problem. All this after paying Rs.1,05,000/- for transporting from Shillong to Pondicherry. Complete scammer.The moment complete payment is done he will stop responding to your calls.
