Worst Service Provider. From Nagpur to bangalore they take 10-12 days which is not good . VRL is the best service provider. do not book with this if its urgent basis.

Most of our belonging was broken, most of the items were missing. They had sent the items in different installments had been holding everything back, kept asking for more and more money, harrasing that if we don’t pay they will hold back our items. We had to pay them full even after being cheated, getting broke items and most of the things stolen. They got abusive and behaved like goons. They are not trustworthy and very unprofessional. Sharing few pics that we received in the first lot. Have multiple many many more.

ye ek froud transporter hai jo bolata vo karta nahi hai aur call ka reply nahi karte hai. Rude baat karte hai mera delivery 90 days ke badh diye Dont trust he is froud cheater.

Do not get cheated!!!Money eaters I am not sure who has written positive reviews about the people they might be their own people!!!They are cheaters. They come to your house behave very nice to you gain your trust, the next things is they loot you!!!you never know how you lose your valuables!!!This people cheated me I had taken a few boxes from them they said I can return next day and took advance from me. Later next day I went to the location they shared to handover the boxes and there was no company but only one truck. They told me to leave the boxes in the truck and leave they will transfer the balance deposit. But after that they never responded they vanished with the boxes and my deposit was never returned!!!and on calling so many times asking for deposit their Boss Mr. Mukesh and was shocked with his reply. He said you continuously called my boys and troubled them hence return the money. When I called them cheaters, he says yes, I am cheater.

Pathetic experience. Due to COVID, Kept my stuffs for almost 3 years at a price they quoted. After 3 years, while delivery, they didn`t release untill I paid full which is OK. At my place, they first took delivery charge and then gave me my boxes. Trap was because almost 9 boxes out of 30 were missing and tricky part, they sent someone`s else items or some waste items just to match the count. I returned everything that was not mine. I had go back to their warehouse to literally search items, some of them I could find still 5 boxes are missing. It`s been almost 3 months while writing and every time I follow up, they will just fool. Some names, Mr. Mithilesh, Mr. Sundar, Mr. Rajender. All from Bihar doing dirty shits here. Worst experience. Big NO for recommendation. Beware. Pay more but go for better ones like Gati, Agarwal, etc.

We paid 10,000 adavance to him, we packed everything they told me sending vehicle and it was on the way in 10 mints it will reach you like the way they played full froud drama, They said will return my money but that was also lie. its a worst one in terms of promises and misbhevaiour with customer- earlier they took money and that included deassembling cupboard at origin and assembling at destination but deassembling was not done at destination even after full payment had been done and the vendor argued and shared bad words with a lady at destination - its one of the most horrible logistcis services-not recommended for anyone as they are liars
