"Mangesh is the best gym instructor in my knowledge. I took fitness training from him for seven months last year. He is very good with his form and techniques for which I mainly hired him. Moreover, he is a certified nutritionist, and he guided me with the diet plan also. He started with the basic knowledge and improved me a lot in my health. I have learned a lot from him; he made me a diet chart which we used to revise every month. He used to train me four days in a week for 1.5 hours per day. As a person, he is very gentle and humble.
