I would suggest not to ever bother with such unscrupulous people. I booked a PG from them, and they promised to return me the payment as I cancelled it on the same day. Now its been more than 4 months and they still have not provided me with my refunded payment. I was so mentally exhausted talking with these people and asking them to just please give me my money back. Please heed my warning, all they do is bullshit other people and think they are stupid. They make excuses when it comes to giving back money saying the office is not open and what not. And while the booking they will be like bees humming after you. I have never countered such unethical, immoral and unprofessional people in my whole life. Worst agency to contact. Please do not book anything from them, as they are all useless.

I had worst experience with them. They asked us to wait in parking for 3hrs when we reached at the flat location on the day of possession. Earlier they said you will get the key in 10min once you reach. Because of their internal miscommunication we had to face lot of issues.

Worst Realty Estate ever, Never buy or rent any flat or pg frome them, They will sound so promising that you would tempt to deal with them but serious take this as my advice since I m posting this based on my experience, please do not get trapped. They will be good till the time you give the deposit and brokerage and once that's done they forget everything. They will make your life hell. Please don't make a deal with them

Update: PLANET PROPERTY also functions by the name ROHIT PROPERTIES in MagicBricks and operated by one Rohit Pawar. I am writing my review here because I want all those who deal with these two brokers Rohit & Umesh need to know that most important that these people will hide certain facts regarding the property. For e.g. In my case the owner was planning to sell the apartment and they did not disclose the same. Also because I was new to the city, they convinced me a rent about 20% higher than the market. I paid them 30000 as brokerage and the owner first withdrew my car parking rights (i had no place to park for two nights) and when I complained gave me a notice within 3 months saying he has sold the property. I dont not blame the owner because he has all rights to end the contract but these two frauds who need to let me know that the above property was for rent for very short duration. When I approached these two frauds, they did not care to negotiate with the owner or either help
