Sir I have paid amount for a plot in mamas garden and undergone an agreement in 2015. Even today they have not regi the plot ,March 2021. The marketing officer and MD going on postponing the issue. Neither they refunded nor registering. Very bad . Durgaharish, 9440190250

I booked the plot in February 2019 and the loan process took longtime and inconvenient. So took a personal loan and got the property registered in July 2019. Till now they haven?t provided the khata transfer certificate and tax paid certificate. They keep on telling next month, if answered the call and they won?t respond after that. The staff Subramanya has stopped responding and his boss Keshav has stopped answering my calls. They?re not transparent and clear in what they?re doing or saying. Called today as well but no response Overall a very bad experience.
