Very disappointing and worst experience. I booked holiday with Yaarana for Shimla and unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. From the start it was evident that the tour lacked proper organization. Our transportation was changed at last moment without any prior communications. We were provided 2 separate vehicles instead of tempo traveler for 8 persons as committed by their executive Pooja Thakur after payment. Hotel Bridge Valley Resort provided in Shimla was below standard and different than what was promised. The hotel was outdated unclean and lacked basic amenities with no service and quite far from City in remote area. The staff was quite a lazy and unprofessional. Food served in hotel was also cold and low quality. Overall my experience with Yaarana was completely disappointing. I would not recommended this tour operator to others and ruin their travel experience. Pls. consider alternative tour operator to make your trip memorable.

FRAUD ! CHEATS ! PATHETIC This Delhi based company is The WORST company to appoint as a travel agent... We booked our hongkong trip through them and totally repented it. They changed our hotel just 1 day before leaving saying our preferred hotel was booked out , whereas it was not. The hotel they gave us was 16 kms away from the city. We had to spend so much money on travelling. They delayed in sending us our detailed itinerary and finally when they did it was all messed up... The package we paid for was not what we got , they removed a few of the attractions from our package , which we had already paid for. When we spoke to them and said we have everything in writing , they said thats just a reference mail. Its ridiculous... Their package clearly states we would get a sim card once we reach Hongkong, which we didnt. Their Bangalore employee ,ADITIYA, doesnt even know the name of the company he works for. None of them have the face to answer calls. Their travel manager VARUN is completely useless. Be aware of names like ADITIYA , ANKIT , VARUN , SUMIT. How can ppl cheat someone of their hard earned money and fill their pockets We would really like to talk to the owner of the CHEATER company... In all , if u really want to waste your money , then go ahead and do business with them.

BEWARE BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN NEW DELHI. I had a very frustrating experience with Travel Boom (AKA scammers) agency. I booked 5 day tour for GOA with them and the tours I received were not the itineraries that I had paid for. No assistance was provided, told me that they had arranged the hotel booking along with airport transfers but after 2 hours of struggling to find out my cab, I was told to commute at my own to hotel from airport as it was not included. The first tour was a day-long city tour. We did this tour on a Sunday and I had emailed Exotissimo earlier to confirm that all the sites would be open on Sunday. Their response was "Please be informed that all sites in our proposal will be open on Sunday", however, several of the sites were not open. Once again, Exotissmo failed to be honest and tell the real situation. Also, as part of this tour we were taken out for an authentic Lao lunch. we had a nice deal from Jamuna for our trip to Maldives and liked the way she assisted us. It was great trip without any hassle. I would strongly recommend to go for this tours and travels to everyone.
