Negative rating for this tour company. I had booked a short tour of 3 days/ 2 nights for Saputara and Vani. Mrs. Leena Rele, the proprietor had accompanied the tour just to collect balance amount from customers. No proper receipt given. Cheque in one name and receipt by other name. Charged for A/c accommodation but were put up in a under construction hotel. painting, carpentry work was going on even past midnight, in the hotel. Tour manger left the tour very next day because of rude behavior and continuous insults by Mrs. Leena. we customers had to visit local police station with a complaint against Mrs Leena on the very first night. No drinking water provided at all by the tour. Food was given at shabby roadside shacks with a budget cap of Rs. 150/- pp by mrs. Leena. Continuous bickering and quarreling with customers and even with driver. At one point driver refused to continue. we had to pacify him. Do not even think of booking with this tour company. FRAUD company, NO quality,

This is a fraud tour company. It takes charge for AC accommodation but provides non a/c. Arrogant and impervious proprietor of the company Mrs Leena who was managing the tour once the original tour manager absconded. Continuous arguments and bickering were the highlights of the tour. We even had to visit the local police station when it got to much to handle. Under construction hotel, no proper amenities, wadapav for breakfast and a tapri meal was the service of the tour. Even getting clean drinking water was a task. Compare that to the rate quoted in the advt is almost 3 times. Our 3days were completely wasted because if the mismanagement of time, direction, place and people. A complete waste of time. Donot ever plan to book a trip under this tour. The most incompetent and fraud company. Mrs Leena -seemed to be just hungry for money and was reluctant to spent our given money on us. Even the driver was not spared he had to threaten to get diesel filled in the bus!! FRAUD! Con master!

I was looking for a Bike for rental, So I had approached this vendor and Hired a Bajaj Avenger bike from them for 2 days use, The bike was a good condition and I paid 2 days rent for the bike is Rs.1,300, It was nice service I got from them and I am fully satisfied.

I have a very worst experience of humsafar travels i booked a ticket(pnr 31999588-339) from aurangabad to nagpur on 25 nov 2014 they cancelled the bus on the very day of journey i had to go to nagpur for exam it was such horrible situation for me i somehow managed to get a ticket from Rajlaxmi travels but these Humsafar people has not yet made a refund(15 days are over) whenever i call them they just give me bullshit excuses i m fade up. Can anyone help me? mob-9226162825

Don't go see other fake reviews, I have traveled from Aurangabad to Mumbai and got below reason to travel with them: -Booked an AC sleeper but AC does not work at all, outside temperature was much cool than inside -Switched does not work too -Got nice suspension with lot of jump experience in your sleeper seat -One blanket for two people even if you don't know your sharing partner -No Water bottle service -Staff was so courteous that he said that you can call to office and complaint that ACs & switched are not working, I can't do anything This what happens with me Best of Luck for your Journey
