<Never Engage them for VISA > Very Bad German Business VISA experience - They charged Rs.4500 person for German business visa for 2 of our Bluebird R&D Centre Bangalore employees and both VISA got rejected because they modified the covering letter without having much knowledge on this domain and adding client etc when we are going to our own branch office in Germany. We had a business loss upto the tune of 15 lakhs. Beware of them and never go to them - they have no idea about Foreign visa. Most importantly, they charge much more than other reputed travel agents ( 2000 Rs more per person is charged than other agents)

I had travelled Europe trip 22 April to 10 May , 2023. It is just OK. Many hotels are below standard. The tour manager never used chariot cap, flag, bag to identify easily. Entire tour of 19 days,bl he opened flag in last sat at Vatican, just for five minutes, to pass on to local guide. Despite asking, he never used while all other tour operators move with their flag. This caused lot of inconvenience to majority of senior citizens while crossing roads and following crowd. Breakfast in all hotels is worst to vegetarians. The tour manager did not follow in return trip from Rome. Communication was not good and many times harsh Hindi words. Although assured, visa was arranged with interview at Bangalore and I had to make a trip from Hyderabad for this purpose. All employees in Chariot appears to work in water tight coordination. You have to tell everything to everyone repeatedly. Balakrishna, Hyderabad

Really impressed by their services affordable tour packages provided.Through this tour operator, we arranged for a trip to Ooty and one night mysore trip, These people did all kinds of arrangements, We had a comfortable trip and satisfied with their services,We have taken 6 days,we went 4 member per person 14000,So overall i paid 56000,They made me a comfortable journey with an excellent experience.so happy about this journey.
