I along with my family friends of 11 members are travelled North East package from 7th November 2019 to 12th November 2019. But we faced lot of bitter experience both in hotels and transportation. No coordination between drivers and transportation team. Just paying Rs.2000 as advance amount in Darjeeling they confirmed hotel booking. The hotel authorities demanded the remaining balance of Rs.23000. They threatened us by calling Lawyer and they want to book police complaint for recovery of amount of Rs.23000. And they won't allow us to check out from the hotel. I paid the amount from my pocket and check out. The travel agency not paid the amount to transport agency. The drivers stopped the vehicles in the middle of the journey while going to Bagdogra Air Port. We have to catch the flight by 2.30 pm. We prepared to pay the balance. But with lots of trouble and argument they paid the amount. We reached Air Port safely. I want to fail in Consumer court shortly for deficiency of Code of Con

Avigyan Sarkar : In relation to my recent Sikkim Tour - Kelly Holiday Tours and Travels are simply cheats & very unprofessional, changed the vehicle regularly, took money for luxury cars but gave local taxis instead, though entire tour cost was paid in advance . Ask cash wherever they have done the alterations in the plan without prior information.Hotels were not up to the mark,even one of them didn't have water. Doesn't fulfill the committed itinerary. Local operator Suren at Gangtok is also unprofessional and hot headed, misbehaves regularly. Delhi coordinator Sonu Singh doesn't pick up calls whenever does some chaos. Drivers are non co-operative, Don't communicate with the customers in an appropriate way. The drivers don't have full information about tour itinerary and have to be paid extra cash for sight seeing as they complain on being underpaid by Kelly. If you want my recommendation just stay away from this Cheat of a Tour Operator and BEWARE!!!
