Most third class travel agency. The owner Mr. Amit Tiwari is a mannerless person. Please do not go with them.

Please don't book any package from atithi on trip they are frauds. This is my experience while I went on a 7 day trip through them with my family. At the time of booking they will say that the driver will act as an guide also and no need to worry. But in actual we have directed the driver through out the 7 day trip with the help of google map he doesn't know any routes that we have booked and even he doesn't have any phone holder to check maps so he looks at the phone kept below and continue the dangerous driving. We have returned because of God's grace They need the payment in advance and after paying full payment the driver were asked to pay the petrol bill at a petrol pump after filling petrol and he said "if you don't pay the bill the vehicle will not go from here" and after much arguments i have paid the bill that is above the package rate because I don't want to waste time and they never returned it to me. The driver will always try to save his fuel and time

#Makeindiajourney - the worst travel agency ever! Whatever is promised, nothing delivered. Arrogant employees after they receive payment. Don't wanna listen if u face any problem. Instead they fight with u over d phone. I paid amount as per email received from their executive Divya n Kirti. Same email was confirmed by Hridayram. Before check out they demanded more money saying forget email u hve to pay what v say else u can't check out. When I started questioning he said (Shubham Goel) now even if u pay u can't check out... Worst experience, pathetic vehicle n worst driver..Devender Singh didn't take us any where for sightseeing v went on our own. Even Rohtang was included but v did on our own. 16 HOURS IN THE VEHICLE THAT DRIVER PURPOSELY DIDN'T ALLOW ANYONE TO SLEEP. WAS A TOURTUE NOT A TRIP #Makeindiajourney a cheat company, just troubles d customers n try to shell out money without any services. Note - I have all the emails received from their end n all conversations with them

Booked a 4D/3N tour to Manali from Delhi. Highly dissatisfied with the services provided. The management cancelled our package a day before due to some miscommunication within the management, due to which we suffered everywhere from bus bookings to hotel stays, without any fault from our side. We were not taken to the places mentioned in the itinerary and the driver took extra 8k (other than the package amount which was already taken from us beforehand) for taking us around the places already mentioned in the itinerary for which we had already paid. On conveying the issue to the management, they instead put the blame on us and talked quite rudely. We felt highly cheated. On the way back from Manali, the bus broke down at a remote location, 100 km from Solan. No alternate arrangements were made for the travellers and we were stranded there for 4hrs at a remote hilly location. On talking with the management, they said that it's not their problem and that we manage on our own. The nearest conveyance available from that place was 80km away. The driver behaved quite rudely and the conductor was drunk, which was highly shocking as it compromised with the women's safety. We had to make travel arrangements on our own from that place and also made to pay for that and no refund was made to us. I would not suggest anyone to book their tours from this travel agent. It was really a bad experience for us , the staff and management was rude and we feel highly cheated and mentally harassed.

Worst experience. Please do not take any package from make India journey. They did not provide me Bus ticket on journey date. when I call then they reduce some money from my package but it's very difficult to book ticket on same day and the Bus fare on that day is around 1500 per seat or more. And on same day they block my mobile number also so I am not able to contact them. By facing very difficulties i reached my destination then i call my booked hotel (booked by mij) the manager said your Room is not book in this hotel. Then they provide me some another hotel.. hotel is good and their staff is also very polite.. they did not cover all tourist spots which is there in package details. We have to pay some extra amount. Very bad experience.. if you want stress in your life then take their packages... Never believe on their promises...

have made bookings for Meghalaya trip for 12th to 15th April '19 and paid almost 60,000 including flights. They said you will receive flight tickets before 7days of travel as it is a discounted rate, they never responded your calls and until and unless you make the payment they will be behind you after that they don't even care to respond. I have checked with the hotels the booking is under my name but they haven't done any payments for the hotel booking. They made reservation through booking..com but haven't done anything as such. Now this guy Chandan from booking +919870420408,+919355632922 never responsed to call and the other guy udham even he. Whenever we call them they just say will clear it by evening and never get back. And their GSTIN itself is cancelled 09AACCO5866H1Z2. Why do such fraud happens by Delhi people they are always into fraud. I am really worried there is on 11days for the trip on the occasion of my birthday but seems to been getting worse. Hope this this people get jailed for what they are doing.

Worst company ever from India. Don't trust these people, they just make customers fool. Every one of this company is a cheater. At the time of starting they will say to make payment but after doing this they will not listen to you at all. Worst company, worst customer support team. Every person will say a different story if you try to solve your query. No one will help at all.
