"I Really appreciate MS Tours & Travels agency. I planned to go Delhi to Gurgaon on 8th July 2018 with my family, so I approached travel agency to book a well-conditioned AC vehicle. They immediately responded to us and provided with Ertiga car for a rent they are a charge of Rs 1900 which is a reasonable price. Also, the car was very tidy with perfect condition. I planned a tour to Kashmir with my family i.e. six adults and two child with active support of Ms. Bharti Sethi of Birdwing Travel. The tour was very enjoyable . Hotel staff at Kashmir had been very cooperative and food of the hotel was very good. In the end trip was awesome as promised and will definitely go through again with Birdwing travel and refer to others also.

We booked vehicle with them and had to face lots of issues interms of paying extra money, rude attitude of Driver Manoj who was driving rash and taking long routes just to make extra money! at the time of ending trip, Driver Manoj added some hidden expenses and started fighting badly and finlay after taking extra money Driver Manoj left us at road at 3:30 am which was 30 kms far from our destination! so do not book through this fraud company

*Never book with Nitsa* I planned for Dubai trip with Nitsa holidays. The Agent was very polite and said yes to all my requirements in the beginning but did not the meet the expectations at last. They asked for 50% payment initially and after I got my visa they asked for a full payment. However, they did not book any of the things as promised. They changed the whole itinerary just one day before the trip. They do not book anything in prior to accommodate your needs. The whole team is rude, they shout on customers after taking whole amount(in lakhs) when you try to reason with them. And everytime I called to clarify, a different person responds on call. Highly unreliable.
