Would suggest to avoid Ok Packers. Had moved from Noida to Bangalore in Jan-22 and used their services for household and 4 Wheeler Transportation. Household items were not properly packed and most of the items had deep scratches in it when delivered. As far as concerned on 4 wheeler, I gave car while it was having 3/4 (30 ltr) patrol tank filled however when I got it just had 3 Ltr in it. Moreover they had broken the joystick via which side mirror got managed. It cost me 5000 and they refused to pay anything.

I am suffering from them. Please don't try this moving service. I have given my goods on 20th April but today is 1st of may but the goods haven't delivered. I have called many times but no is not responding.Wright not I don't know what to do

We engaged OK Packers & Movers to transport household furniture from Delhi to Hyderabad. They subcontracted it and material reached in broken and shabby condition. They misguided us by advising 'not to go for Insurance claim' and promised in writing to reimburse the repair charges which they are not paying for last six months, though the amount is small. horrible thing is that the owner , Mr. Kaushik does not respond at all and so is his team. Not good people to deal with, not to be trusted.

I got my household goods shifted from Delhi- Shillong on May,2019. Till now I deeply regret it. I thought they would be reliable of their high charges. We finalised the deal and on the packing day before they left, they charged us more,some hidden costs which they never told.I had no option because my ticket was booked for the other day. They said, they will deliver it in 15days time but they took more than a month.I paid them to drop my goods home but they left it on the roadside of my locality arnd 1pm midnight. Me and my wife had to keep watch till morning. The furnitures were broken,my new television was broken.Boxes were torn as if they were searching for something. My flower vase which cost me a lot was missing. I have file a case with the consumer forum but it seems the Dwarka office which I had visited was just a temporary one because the letters kept on returning back.
