I hired a 2X2 AC Bus for Delhi to Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) on behalf of some of my relative. The deal was finalised for a neat and clean Bus with water bottles by Rishi & Suggu Travels. They provided Photos of some buses also owing to them. However, they provided Bus hired by some other agency without any conductor/ helper etc. Even essential tools/ keys of the luggage Box was not available with the Driver. No water Bottle was provided. Even it was not cleaned before deputing for duty. When my objection was conveyed to the owner by the Driver, He casually replied "manage kar lo". The only good thing was that he did not provided an ordinary Bus instead of 2X2 AC Bus. P N Murao Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi

It was worst service I received from Mukesh Tour & Travels, Mansarovar. He didn't send a vehicle which was dealt to be sent. Next , the vehicle was hangout in between. the reader-tor was blast off.I was late too. They said to get off from the vehicle. we came back to home. I paid 1000 to this and 2300 for the driver. Driver was good and vehicle was clean inside but it was worst in condition. They had sent swift dzire car.

Median service got through this Shagun Munjal Tour & Travels, Lodi Colony. Took car rental service for an outstation trip from Delhi to Aligarh. The car condition was normal and the driver was drunk. They had charged us an extra charge from 5000 to 6000. I paid 30000 for this trip. Overall they provide me an average service.

Service was very poor , they charged me extra inside of any discount. I booked the can from Ghaziabad to Mathura via Delhi and they charged me from Noida bcoz cab was arranged from greater Noida 40 km was charged extra. Poor service I will never go with that kind of service

I hired a bike service from this center, I preferred a non-geared bike only, The bike was good, And his maintenance is also good, I hired a bike for the monthly purpose, They quoted 21000 per month of hire charges, This is the good services.And I am satisfied.

As I am looking for Hatchback Car on rental service, so finally I got the service from Shri Balaji Tour & Travels Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. They sent the car with driver. Really the driver was good and experienced. We enjoyed our trip within the city. They charged me nominal rent, but taken more charges for 2 hours extra. I think their service was just average.

yesterday (22/11/2016) one of your tempo travellar coming at night at the time10:00 pm from peeragarhi side to punjabi bagh i think.. the driver was running your vehicle at the speed of 90 ..hit side two motorcycles .one was mine. i didn't check the number but thanks to you..your name (pawan hans tour and travels laxmi nagar)written on it in broad letters.. i also wanted to complaint about this but first i want you to know this that driver making your company going in loss.please fired him as soon as possible.
