The salesman Mr Syed doesn't have knowledge of basic human behaviour. Worst customer service. He is rude and a pathetic person. I don't know why there are positive reviews about this shop. I guess they are his relatives. Because he clearly doesn't know how to behave to his customer.

As a child, I have been to this shop which is located right opposite to Central Railway Station in Chennai with my maternal uncle several times. He has bought me many different designed watches from here. I have always liked trendy watches and would wear them to my college in Teynampet. I now reminisce the times I went there and wore watches from bought from this shop. The watches here were all available at affordable prices and I loved to somewhat show off with my friends. This shop allowed me to not spend much money on branded watches but still had the quality and style. With much less money where I could buy probably one branded watch I would be able to purchase 5 stylish watches from this shop. I love this shop. My uncle passed away recently and I loved him a lot. I currently live in Australia but I miss him a lot. Hence as a token of love and affection to my uncle, I am recommending this shop to everyone. Please buy your gifts from here. A watch - a beautiful present. Navida.

Here in anna nagar show room spares and service response is very very poor. And 3 to 4 times replying same words after 10 days and after 10 days. Very poor service center. Looking only watch sales.

For watch service,looked out for titan repair service center.Got World of Titan and paid Rs.600 for this repair center.They serviced my watch soon.I liked their service did by them.

Due to battery problem in my watch so have Given service from the Om Watch Centre in Perungudi, Chennai showroom. The cost was Rs.270 of this watch. They had given a polite service and I liked it most, within 15 minutes have done their work am satisfied with them
