"Dear gokul, This is Jacob from Jayam Web Solutions. Thanks for your feedback about Jayam Web Solutions. This person joined our office on 10 Sep.2018 and his salary(8000 INR for the 1st month and 9000/- for the subsequent month) was fixed based on his potential and pay received from previous company he worked with. Minimum 1 year time he was asked to serve the company which was accepted by him. He worked for our company for which the salary was duly credited through his bank account. Just 12 days prior to his relieving he informed us about his decision to relieve as he got an offer from another company. Considering his career growth he was asked to quit on completion of his pending works. He then asked for salary certificate for double his salary amount which was denied but we promised to give the real one and mailed d same. He was then given a relieving letter as per his request.
